【ポイント１】"get"は"be"の代わりに用いることが出来る。

受動態で良くある形ですが、

I was worried.   心配していた。
I got worried.　　心配した。

は基本的に同じ意味です。
"be"動詞は、状態を表し、"get"は動作を表す、と説明することは出来ますが、基本的に伝わることは同じだと思います。

【ポイント２】"move"と副詞、前置詞の組み合わせで様々なことが言える。

今回の勝利で、ウィリアムズは世界ランキング３位に上がるな。

Becca moved down the steps and into the yard.
ベッカは階段を下りて庭に行った。
